Debbie is recognised for her ability to deliver organisational transformation, strengthen governance and financial systems, and build sustainable capability within mission-driven organisations. Laura Donley is a transformation and project management specialist with extensive experience leading strategic initiatives across government, utilities, health, and community sectors. She excels in embedding governance frameworks, enterprise project management offices (EPMOs), and delivery structures that align with organisational strategy and build long-term capability. With a background in communications and change management, Laura combines analytical rigour with a collaborative approach — ensuring every project delivers measurable results, stakeholder confidence, and sustainable outcomes.
